About Our Organization
As a leadership development company that happens to be in healthcare, finding and developing the right leaders is what we feel we can be best in the world at. The word Ensign means flag, or standard bearer. That is what we are striving to be in the industry.
Among other differences, while most organizations are looking for Administrators to run their facilities, we are looking for CEOs to run their own. Administrators follow orders. CEO’s own their operations and take initiative. You will not have a regional person overseeing you. You will have cluster partners who are your equals holding you accountable (and you are expected to hold them accountable). You will have a service center with available resources to help you, but it will be up to you to orchestrate those resources to best help you achieve success. You will not be autonomous but instead will be interdependent in finding ways to serve your community.
It is not easy to be a true owner. Our mission for 25 years has been to dignify long term care in the eyes of the world. It is a lot of hard work. But, if you become a true leader, one who multiplies themselves and develops other leaders around them successfully, you can have an amazing career of making an impact on thousands of lives.
